Stanton S7 column

Stanton S7 column with a GEC Z9481 sodium lantern mounted onto its swanneck bracket is seen in Bilston, near Wolverhampton in December 2005.

 

Stanton 8B column

An amazing installation of Stanton 8B columns fitted with 135w SOX Thorn Alpha-5 lanterns still survives in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nott's in 2007. Photo taken 2nd February 2007.

Close up of one of the Alpah-5's mounted on its Stanton bracket, note that the 'fin' also acts as a counterbalance for the outreach.
